How we support your rights

The privacy legislation is very clear about the rights that you as 'data subject' have, with regard to the personal data that we process about you. Here you can read what these are and how you can exercise these rights.

Withdrawal of consent: If you no longer want EuroCollege to use your data, you can withdraw your consent. You can read how to do this in the previous section "How long will your data be stored".

Inspection: If you want to know what information EuroCollege has recorded about you, you can send us a request for inspection. We will then send you all the information that we have recorded about you.

Correction: We do our best to ensure that your data remains up-to-date. However, it is possible that our data cannot fully keep up with reality. In those cases where you find that the data that we have stored about you is incorrect, you can request us to correct it.

Objection: If you have the impression that EuroCollege is using your data improperly, you can object to this use. We will immediately stop using your data and start an investigation into your complaint.

Restriction: In this case you ask us to stop the processing (popularly 'use') of your data. This is actually the same right as the right of objection, but without the complaint.

Forgetting: In exceptional cases it can happen that people want to destroy all information that is recorded about them. This is also possible. It does apply that the information is not necessary for another (legitimate) purpose.

If you want to invoke one of the aforementioned rights, we advise you to send us an e-mail to privacy@eurocollege.nl with your request. We will process your request as quickly as possible, but at the latest within a month.
